I can try assist where possible. A whole back diff would be kinda out of the question to bring back, but I can call you from there and one can sort something out from that side. FYI I transported two diffs down in July for another vehicle from JHB to CPT. Kings transport loaded it on a truck as part load for me and charged me R800 for both.
