Hi Guys

I am wanting to sell my '83 Safari. It is in running condition but the body does need attention. I have a set of A-Line 16" rims and mud terrain tyres on them that has not really worked at all. This is a project that I just could not finish. It's license is not up to date, and even though I have the papers, the vehicles is not in my name. I do however have the contact details of the owner.

I just don't want this vehicle to stand and go to waste. It starts perfectly, runs very well (had the engine overhauled by ACD Boksburg in 2016) and it hasn't run since, as I have no license disk on it. It's just going to waste.

That is a good price I think..... the tyres and rims are worth that alone. As a project car, I think it will be a nice one to play with

Middag Kagiso. You will have to forgive my ignorance when I ask - what is a RB? And what do you wish to know on the engine (please do note I am not an expert on engines... hahaha)

he he he he .. RB is the later model Nissan enjins [your should have an L28 enjin in [OR LD28 if it were a diesel] but that enjin is NOT an L28 ..

With my limited knowledge of RB engines I have only ever seen the "ECCS" on the intake manifold of an RB20. Probably means that is an RB engine but which one who knows.

Dis n RB30, hulle was in ons New era Skylines 3.0 Sgli hier in SA die RB20 het n ronder tappet cover en sy throttle body sit so dat die petrol kabel aan die agter kant in hak, op die RB30 is die kabel aan die voorkant.
Die enjin no se begin sal ook die enjin kode gee.
