Seen that "wibbies" allot in my ESKOM days, then either mounted on a single cab Hilux or Hardbody, very top heavy for the light body, and later on Cruisers.I only heard about the Patrol mounting.

I think those bumpers are actually OEM and were an option on the NA pickups prior to the 4.2TI bakkies. I had about 2 Patrols in the last month with those bumpers and currently have one at my place.
Maybe someone can confirm this?
