Do you have to get them from nissan, or is there aftermarket options available? Maybe from suspension suppliers/fitment centres?
My pickup's bumpstops, both sides, are missing the round ball at the top. Only noticed this after comparing them to the 4.5's bumpstops.

Is it necessary to get extended bumpstops for a 2" or 3" lift?

If you lift be replacing the coils, it shouldn't be (unless the coil manufacturer specifies that it is).
