Not vehicle-specific, but when stop-start became a thing, there was a figure bandied about that the swop-over point was generally in the region of 45 seconds.
IE, if the stop is longer than 45 seconds, it would be cheaper to switch off.
While a 4.8 certainly requires a fair amount of fuel to start, I see no reason to believe the ratio of fuel used to start versus fuel used to idle would be significantly different from other engines of similar technology.
