Speedo
My speedo suddenly stopped working this evening. Any ideas on what is involved in replacing the speedo cable? Cheers Adrian

Re: Speedo
The '91 model Patrols have mechanical speedo's. Therefore the problem is somewhere along the cable drive system...gearbox at the bottom, connectors, cable or gearbox at the top. It also happens that a cable connecter simply winds itself loose over time and disconnect the cable.

Re: Speedo
This morning it read 160kmph and decreased to 140kmph as I increased speed...Fastest Patrol on the forum . The needle is currently sitting past 180kmph on the right of the clock. I don't really understand how the dial could move anti clockwise.

Keep it this way. It might be that the fuel in your tank will also increase.....who knows...
