Might be able to get away with the existing protruding stubs... depending on the rim. Some have recesses in which will accommodate this:

With 6 hole wheels - I doubt it....

Just make sure the original studs and bolts are not protruding past the wheel spacer mating surface (it looks like they are in the pic - might be an optical illusion). As you need the wheel mating surface to site hard up against the spacer surface with no interference whatsoever, which im sure you already know . (obviously)
Hi Russ, you are right they are protruding slightly. We were going to work them flush however the standard rims have a slight recess over that exact spot so it wasn’t necessary.

Std rims have the same recess over the existing stud on all 6. 😁

Who made the wheel spacers for you?

What did your suspension lift entailed?
Which brand did you use and which parts did you replace ?
