Window lift motor

Post by Melville Dave »

Does anyone have any leads on where I can source a window lift motor for a Y61 - rear passenger size. I'm balking at the R6k plus quote from Nissan! Happy with a salvaged/reconditioned part.
Thanks.

Those don't often break but the switch does which makes the window go slow or stop completely. Check as you may just need the switch.

It was a consequence of being submerged! Switch is fine and was also replaced. It is definitely the motor.

Let’s put it this way, we renamed her the Hippobeast because she seems to prefer being submerged most of the time...
