JTECs Patrol Progression( UPDATE on PG 6 )
Hi Guys, so here it is. My first Patrol ever a 4.8 beaut.
Would like to thank Tinus and IanT for all there help and advice. Tinus organised the sale from IanT.
Already in love with the car. All it needs now is some personal TLC and to hit the road. I hope to update you with progress as I go along.

Re: JTECs Patrol Progression
It's a pre-facelift 4.8 GRX. So presumably somewhere around 2003. My guess in any case...

Re: JTECs Patrol Progression
So I had to go test the Patrol today. Decided to take the family and tackle Helderberg 4x4 Route for the first time and yes I had to do the red route. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I had driven a Patrol offroad and not knowing the routes I was not sure what to expect. All I can say is the Patrol is an absolute BOSS. The flex and articulation is insane and I could easily keep the wheels on traction through the inclined axle twisters. This car does all the work for you, just get the line right and everything else just falls into place. Not that I need to tell you all that, im sure you are well aware
Was good to get the old boy out and flexed as now I know what areas of suspension I would like to focus on sorting out. Got a trip coming up to Kgalagadi in August and would like to have it in tip top shape.
All in I am over the moon happy with this car, it drives and looks insane. The fuel seems to disappear quite quickly though Here are some pics, unfortunately none of the action.
