Re: Ordered double din split screen unit
Thank you! It's a perfect fit and VERY convenient for about R7000 imported
It does not have apple car play, but it can do mirroring over Apple Wi-Fi (it's ok for videos, although I never use it)

I am buying one to fit in my Patrol as well, the one (aftermarket) currently installed in the Patrol is pathetic...

Did you fit the system to your Patrol?

Re: Ordered double din split screen unit
Hi Malcolm
With the Patrol, did you fit the reverse camera as well and does it work with your steering controls?

Re: Ordered double din split screen unit
I fitted the unit with a reverse camera in the Patrol and it works perfectly. I fitted a second camera to take the place of my rear view mirror. The drawer system in the Partol fills the rear to the roof. This second camera works with a switch on the dash. It displays on the screen of the unit. My Patrol is a 3.0Di GL and these did/do not come with steering controls.
As far as I know, all the Nissans share the same steering control system, and it work perfectly with the Pathfinder's steering buttons, so I can't see it not working with the steering buttons in the Patrols that do have steering buttons.
