If I'm correct, it looks like the rear camera is placed just above the tow ball. That's a great place for it, especially when you reverse to hook up a trailer.
That's an awesome install plus I really like the way it's discreet and not tempting some light fingered poor sole.
So I installed a full system in a Patrol - really nice

I am unsure how I missed the photos. I was probably not logged in when I first looked. Thanks for the images.

Have you found it to be ok, regarding dust collection and moisture? My towbar does not have a drop plate, so the tow ball will probably obscure the view too much. I can probably make a bracket so it sits above the recovery hook. Where would the wiring then go?
The other option is in the right cavity under the left barn door handle, but this is off centre. Although, the number plate light wiring is in close proximity.
The other option is next to the brake light inside the wagon, but then the tow bar would be nowhere in sight (although I don't intend to tow), but it would stay relatively clean/clear.

most reverse camera head units allow for offset/ non ideal locations. You then mark out a large square behind the vehicle then adjust the reverse line guides till they line up.
