Hey guys, I am on the bum  , but do any of you get to keep your old radiator when you fit these monsters to your trolls. I know my Rad is not up to scratch, and was wondering if any of these old units could be "rescued" into working on a Hardbody. I see the pipe inlet and outlet are identical to mine, will have to get the tape measure out to see if the size is the same.

It only has to cool a 2.7TD

I went and measured mine  670x500x35. Does not look like any radiator from a Patrol will fit if I look at the dimensions that Ricster posted on page 1.

Dave... Mine is way bigger than standard. Width and height should be similar to std Patrol radiator, but the thickness of mine is about double.

Gents,
Just got back from Swaziland trip and can confirm that the Trolls new radiator is running very well. A Hugh thanks’ to SAC, as Gerhard put an enormous effort in setting up the Troll. Boost is up bu EGT, are way down. Towing my Comfort trailer egt's did not ever go above 520C. Engine coolant temp got to a max of 106C for short period and then drops back to the average 87 to 92 deg, but also remember my Tolls turbo is water cooled so it adds. Troll is running best it ever has. Fuel consumption- no comment, I am still enjoying the new setting on this engine.

Hi Dave

My troll only goes to SAC Centurion, and Maynard and Gerhard are really great guys. Please send them my best and get them to set your Troll like mine. It is running very well :layrubber: :layrubber: , and at 397K KM it keeps surprising me. It is not always the HP or the Torque, but more importantly the reliability.

Let us know how it went

Hi David,

I have the original radiator at hoem for you. No charge, but it needs to be repaired. I will give it to Cedric, as I will be overseas for the next two weeks.
