1) Only naturally aspirated petrol motors are eligible
2) Naturally aspirated petrol motors and non naturally aspirated diesel motors require restrictors. The sizes of the restrictors vary according to tables and formulae, but in general the petrol motors are restricted more than a diesel motor of similar capacity.
