Well that is why I was looking for the compressed measurement of the coils. I would have liked to pop them directly under the chassis member, but it just did not work out, and it makes my panhard still shorter as I can't figure a way past the coils, in the space I have to work with. I have to work between the sump at the back and the steering pitman in the front. Tonight was the shakedown. A trip of about 80km to my SIL to fetch the caravan we taking down to Cape Town. Pleased to say the lack of a swaybar is not a big issue at all. Seems stable enough. Steering is lighter, and tracking is good at the estimated 2deg I got it set at. 30 odd km into the trip, and just about at my destination, I get hit with a death wobble at close on 100km/h. Left a horrible mark in my underwear. Could not hold onto the steering wheel.
Hooked up the caravan, and spent over an hour fixing its lights, and took off home. Now I can't get it over 60 and the DW starts presenting itself. What the heck to look for now???? Will castor adjustment sort it out, and do a dial in more or less??

Caster should increase when you load the rear suspension by dropping the towball height. It would appear that this could indeed cause DW.
I'd go for either a flat pinion angle or else even tilt the pinion up towards the T-case.

Pinion angle is around 10deg, so I think about 2 deg castor. I did not venture over 60 with the caravan. Will drop the pinion and pull some more castor in when I get back home. Took the prop in to make it longer.

How are the king pins?
How much is the nose of the SANI pointing up when hooked up vs when unhooked? Will this not have an effect on the caster causing the wobble to happen now at lower speed than when unloaded?

My wobble started before I hooked the caravan. The caravan only drops the sani by about 30mm, but will soon be loaded to the brim. Sone guys are blaming my polly bushes on the panhard, saying they are too soft, but I am not buying that. I feel my problem is Castor, maybe with a bit of tow out added.

I was under the impression that poly bushes are harder than the rubber, but may be wrong on that.
You said you got the wobble before the caravan was hooked at about 100Km/h and at with the caravan hooked at about 60km/h. I think its pure caster issue, and will get worse the more you load up the vehicle and caravan.
Should one also not be careful when loading a caravan that you don't land up with it fishtailing? I'm not very clued up on this, but would hate for you to land up with a slapper (caravan) and with no sway bars on the SANI.
