I don't mean to be a stick in the mud....... but legally........ just remember the licencing issue. The radio has to have a licence ( not the owner ) that the previous owner must cancel in his/her name and new owner must put in his/her name.

If you sell to someone who does not have a license, you're liable for prosecution.
If you buy a radio and you do not have a license for it, you're liable for prosecution.
