I got one from Breno for R1600-00 for the 4,5 and it is the same as the 4,2.

I don;t even know if that would kick a 4.2D. I left my lights on other day at canal walk on flat ground, nightmare began when i got back to the truck, had my cables but nobody around, had to employ 2 guys to help me kick it, took 3 attempts and only just,......problem was that i had to kick it in reverse so couldn;t even go 3rd gear, ..... i wake up with cold sweats every so often thinking about that day....

Question: Is y'r old one busted or dont you have one at all? - Maybe repair can work?
Other thought - Check on the older Caball / Cabstar .. @ part numbers .. maybe it will fit the 4.2 [breaker yards should have one ???
