35" BFG on 15" steel rims

Post by Rhett »

Hi all

I have 4 x BFG Baja 35" tyres, quite well used, on 15" steel rims which I have decided should go.

They come off my 1980 Land Cruiser HJ47, so the rims have a 6x139.7 stud pattern. Also, tread and wear varies per tyre, so these are mainly good for spare off-road use.

If anyone is interested in making an offer, PM me. Willing to sell the tyres separate from the rims too.

Herrie they are 3 years+, as they came on the vehicle and the 37" tyres were put on soon after.

Tread depth varies between ±9mm and 4mm, depending on the tyres, and one tyre is quite badly worn on one side (tread ±1mm), think it was over-inflated in its past.

If those rims were deeper offset, I would have been interested in two of them. I have same rims, but with a -40mm offset on the Sani. Also would have liked to get my hands on any old 35" tyre so I can do some measuring on the Sani to make space for them under the wheel arches.
