I thought all 4.8's were only GRX spec. I know the 4.5 came out in a GL and GRX spec.

Colour-coded bumpers and mirrors with fog lights and similar. Looks GRX-spec to me... But then I don't really know the post-facelift trucks. :)

If it says GL then it should be GL.

I think in the first couple of years (since 2005) you got the face lift 4.8 as manual / GL model.

This add is circulating actually for many months now.

You can get a 4.8 for that price but expect surprises and budget easily another 50 K + to get it visually and mechanically up to your expected standard.
You will get what you paid for

Oelie now also has a golden 4.8 GL from 2005 - post the face-lift.
They are not common though.
You can spot them easily as they have black door handles, rather than the colour coded ones of the GRX, and 16" rims as standard, rather than the 17" (and manual only).
Also no leather seats, at least not as standard.
