Hi Everyone
Here is a screen shot of the website for bookings, http://www.goingwhere.co.za/kalahari-goerapan.
Please contact them directly for booking of accommodation as well as to pay for the dune driving costs.
They do not have card facilities, if I remember correctly, so you need to pay in advance (if your attending number changes last minute, you can settle with them in cash but not preferred).
Chalets are normally booked out early so please don't expect to come late/unbooked and get them.
The chalet are not self-catering, so no kitchen facilities in the chalet. I understand that there is a basic communal kitchen.
But we will be having a big fire every night by the campers where we will all be gathering to braai, eat and kak praat.
Please can we ask everyone to bring a bag of wood per vehicle per night. (More is always appreciated by the arsonists!)

Tommie, please confirm if we will be driving all 3 dunes (R800) or not.

Thanks
Vanessa

Dag Maats.

Thanks Veness for helping with the bookings. Like always someone I can rely on.

Like Veness said guys one bag of wood per vehicle per night.
The chalets do have a tiny kitchen, but it is just to make coffee. You have to bring your own cuttlery.

Groete

Hi JP
The stop over that we do is at Red Sands Country Lodge (just outside Kuruman) www.redsands.co.za
They have a nice buffet supper and a good atmosphere.
This is just a personal choice, meaning we leave a day earlier and travel over 2 days. We are thinking of doing to same on the way back as well.
Are you going to be travelling alone? I can always throw Graham in with you. LOL
Chow for now.
