Cool, need some recovery points.....as I don’t think it’s standard on a patrol, only the toe down hooks

You should have the factory fitted recovery hook at the front (that is standard). At the back, you have the pintel hook.

Thanks Ian, will they suffice? I’ve read up on this on the interwebz and while some say it’s fine, the others say it’s not sufficient

The front recovery hook - most definitely.

The pintel hook should be fine. However, some people did raise concerns regarding the welding on the hook in the past, if I remember correctly. If you're worried about it, ping Tinus for a replacement pintel hook. He had some aftermarket ones at some point.

Hi Dirk,

Sit my naam ook op, ons is verseker weer in. Dit is 'n lekker familie naweek waar mens lekker kan ontspan.
My vrou het bestuur wat dit vir haar ook meer interesant maak. Die kinders geniet dit ook baie om in die sand te speel en op die Patrol se dak.
