Jacques and Marting will be the Patrollers that arange this trip.

For now the first thing is to see the interest so that they can book the "kloof"

Proper detail will be given as soon as it is confirmed, however the following is a - Lus makertjie -

Driving through the Kloof
Maybe ending at Brakkeduine (Oesterbaai) for some sand dune driving
Camping at Winterberg summit camp

So please indicate if you want to join in to make sure we get everything in place ASAP

Have you considered doing the trial via Rob le Roux and and Baviaans Lodge/ Rob does have some camp sites - we did some trips there with the Wild Dogs Forum.

We did that trail twice. From Kareedouw to Rob le Roux's Baviaans lodge, and next day from the lodge on the 4x4 trail into the Baviaanskloof. Fantastic drive and beautiful scenery.

Vir die baviaans naweek, ons gaan so gou moontlik nommers nodig he. Dit is lang naweek tyd wat ons wil ry, so die Baviaans is taamlik besig. Wil graag provisional bespreekings maak so spoedig moontlik.

Ons dink daaraan om 21 en 22 by Doornkloof te bly (kamp of chalets beskikbaar), nie te ver van daar is lekker swemplek in die kloof, en n paar 4x4 roetes om te geniet. Ons wil dit die bymekaar kom punt maak, daai wat van N1 se kant af kom kan by Willowmore in kom, daai van N2 se kant kan Patensie se kant inkom. Dan ry jy deur die Cape Nature Baviaanskloof. As meeste manne van N2 se kant af kom kan almal Patensie bymekaar kom en saam deur ry.
Vanaf Doornkloof ry ons n ander pad oor die berg en kom by Jacques se familie plaas uit, verby Melmont Honeybush Tee. Dan druk ons deur na Brakkeduine vir die aand en die Sondag oggend tyd vir speel op die duine.

Behoort n lekker en mooi naweek te wees.
