Wilhelm van Christie will be there Saturday and Sunday. (Unfortunately we are not big on camping, but will find a place to stay nearby. Any suggestions?)

At this stage we are going to play at the Jim cana accross the road so any time will be fine.

Some arangements for the interim...
Friday - arrive as and when you can, set up camp, communial braai at the lapa.
Saturday - Breakfast, communial or each to his own? we will still confirm
- Gymkana across the road, anybody that wants to play is welcome and when you are done just return to camp and relax
- There has been one or 2 requests for a day drive into the mountains, need to confirm how many before I can try and arrange
- Communial braai at the lapa
Sunday - Breakfast, communial or each to his own? we will still confirm
- Lunch we maybe do a Spit braai to be confirmed
- Pack up and go home after lunch
Camping is R80pp night.
Children gr R and younger is free.
R30 per vehicle for the use of the lapa by forum for the weekend.
Day visitors R80pp
The gymkhana track accross the street is free to use.

Nitty Gritty to besorted:
1. Saturday the plan is to play in the Gymkana across the road - there has been a request for a day drive into the mountains, If you are interested in the day drive please let me know as the amount of vehicles will detirmine if this can be done and I will need to get a price on this from the ATV club.
2. We want to do a spit braai on the Sunday - done by Tinus at an aproximate cost of R60pp - I need to know if you are interrested?
3. Please indicate how many people will be joining us, are you camping or just day visitor (What day)
4. For admin purposes will you be fine to make payment to myself and I will do a global payment to RDW?
1. Gymkana or Day trip
2. Yes/no for spitbraai
3. X people, camping/day visitor
4. Yes / No
