If I recall, there is no place to braai along the route, so bring snacks and water/coldrink. There are braai facilities at the start/finish area, and I assume at the camping spot too, so bring the choppie and doppie with, and lets make FIRE !!!

I was told that this is an extremely long route so thought that we should get an early start.......... I am easy, if this is to early for everyone... then speak now

The camping guys are there already so we can fall in there as and when we arrive.

I don't know the route so don't know if we can braai along the route, difficult to get info as well.

Suggestion ::;what if we all meet(not the campers) at that Total garage just before the Heidelburg turn-off for a take away coffee at say 7.00 -7.30....from there its 20 mins max to the venue

But is he referring to 4x4's or is he referring to a PATROL taking 7 hours.....

I also called Sakkie Coetzee to see if he would like to join. Heidelberg is his old stomping ground. He said he would love to have joined but he is doing carnage canyon this weekend.
