Guys, i went and saw G-Man yesterday. I urged him to join us, and he is very keen, however, he had made arrangements to go away and booked months ago over those dates and fears he may not be able to get out of it,although he said he would try! I certainly also hope G-man and his Mrs can join us!

This is excellent news re all the hype now joining us in CT!!! kiff!

I'll maintain a master list, please pm me your e-mail addy as well as your cell nr and forum nickname.

I don't go to the dunes often so if anyone has an idea where we can set up a "base" of the gazebos, flags etc, that would be great.
AFAIK the dunes close at a specified time, so does anyone have an idea what/where we can do for a braai/get-together/close-off after the day?

At the moment I need someone to liaise with the Municipality to ensure we're in line with their requirements re the use of Atlantis dunes

Can I ask that you coordinate the following for us:

We need details both for 3Provences and the Cape on following issues: Nick name- Cel number- jacket sizes and the number of people who are attending. This info is crucial as arrangement for jackets and food need to be made well in advance. PLEASE HELP

Stefan, if it is OK with you, I am going to ask that all Cape based Patrols give their details to you so that you can forward the complete list to Herrie. Dankie Kobus!

I can help with coordination with Cape Town municipality as the CLRC (Cape Land Rover Club) use AD frequently. For that I also need registration numbers please and the driver's ID' number. Please send all data to Stefan, I will get the necessary from him.

Just to get the thinking caps on, we have a number of options available for a get together afterwards. Here are some thoughts:
- Melkbos 4x4 Lapa (we will have to rent the place)
- Blue Peter (we will have to share it with other customers)
- own braai at someone's place - preferably central (Table View) etc?
