What an awesome night !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... completely different driving style and mind set. We had great fun and the Patrols performed beautifully.

And now for the big issue....

I am VERY VERY PROUD to be associated with the Nissan Club and Patrol forum guys!!!!!!!!!!
Why one might ask?..... because we open up the beers and brandy AFTER we have finished driving the track !!!!!!

Sadly the evening evolved into a disappointment, when from when we first arrived ( 18h30 ), to find that not one, not two, but many vehicle owners had already cracked open that first beer, or poured the first lekker dop. ( possibly not the first dop either ).

Now I believe that 4x4'ing is a fantastic FAMILY event. My 2 boys love being outdoors and on the track with us, but when guys are driving like :buttred: ( cant use the word here), in the parking area..... and I'm sad to say that one of the vehicles was a LHD Y60 Patrol ( NOT PART OF THE NISSAN CLUB & I don't believe is a member of the Patrol Forum), I have to think of my kids safety, and cannot let them run around throwing a rugby ball to each other, cause some chop might not see them. NOT ACCEPTABLE. The sad thing is that there seemed to be lot of "popular brand" bakkies behaving like :buttred: .

Again I cannot stress enough on how well we ( the Nissan 4x4 and Patrol Forum ) behaved at this event..... and all the other events that I have been able to attend. Boy we can party hard.... but we party hard at the right time !!!

Well done guys....        :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute:

Hi manne

Baie dankie vir die saam ry, my vrou het bang geword, so ons is toe reguit na die braai op die berg.

Ek is jammer ek het julle braai toe gemis, ek was so bly om al die Patrol's te sien, net jammer die ander Nissan's het nie kom saam speel nie.

Ai tog,

Die nuwe kameras het mos n liggie.

Ek was mar net nuuskierig. Dit het na pret geklink, behalwe dalk die "cowboys" met gedokterde "coke".

Julle sal mar net weer so iets moet reel...
