Re: Moegatle 9-11 March
Gents,
I will be at Moegatle again this weekend as buddies from the LC Club have invited me to join them in an extreme section, where we will be doing some of the obstacles that are not generally open to all.
I am in the process of booking a weekend in September for a much larger group. We will have to break into two groups and start at different times so all can be accommodated.
The “JUNKIES” (done Moegatle already) will be in one group and the “Virgins” (first timers in the second). Keep your eyes peeled for the events post.
Regards and let’s make every event a great event. It’s about the people and the respect we have for each other. Not about who got to the top and who did not.

Re: Moegatle 9-11 March
Yes this was one of the nicest weekends I have. No iretattions, except my Nav. I broke the front diff goining up THE ROCK. Could not get up after 3 attemts. , But I am selling the Navara and will be buying a car. At present we have 4 4x4s, which is over the top and the Navara has been the one that was the weakest. At 95 thousand kilos, I have had to replace the clutch, the transfer case and now the diff. The petrol gauge does not work , the speed control has never worked properly, so it is a bit of a pain. Only nice to look at.When we go back I will go up THE ROCK with the Patrol. Neil from SA 4x4 is considering of comming with us in Sept, as I have invited him to join us. I thing he drives a Toyota, but not sure and it does not matter. We need to sort out those back bumpers by then and those guys whos diff locks dont work, must have them fixed. Also get rocksliders on so we can do the track without any problems. Keep well
