Guys,
Has anyone ever found a suitable hook for the GU Patrol 2005+ ? I am thinking of maybe switching my Metalian trailer to an eye setup (simple bolt-off, bolt-on if I can get the right part from Knott). Not sure. Don't like the clonk-clonk idea....

Re: Pintle Hooks
Clem, the pintle hook that fits on the Y60 almost fits on the earlier y61. The bolting pattern is identical, but the Y61's rear step is slightly higher, and thus the pintle hook does not fit unless you are prepared to do some surgery.
However on the face-lift model like yours, the bumper has been extended and the pintle should fit again.
I posted a thread in the classifieds section with a link to a supplier, but they are very expensive and I think your best bet would be to try and get a second-hand one from David.
