35" tyres on a GU

Howzit guys...
I am considering 35" tekkies on my 4.8 (2004 pre-facelift).
I currently have a 2" suspension fitted, but I recon a bigger lift may be required with caster correction or drop boxes???
Opinions please...

I would think that 2" is sufficient to fit 35"?

Maar van wat ek hoor klink dit asof die 2" lift genoeg is.
Ek wil graag 'n stel 35" bande leen by iemand om te toets.

I saw an "arctic truck" pathfinder few months ago, with 35" tyres... it was standing almost as high as my patrol.

I'm sure I have a 2 inch lift and with new tires - 285/75 r 16 I found that the tires do catch on front mudflaps when turning - cant recall if it is the inside or outside of the tire rubbing - but who needs mudflaps.
