Thanks All. I checked the bushes (or at least what i could see - did not remove anything) for the rear control arms and also the sway bar for damage but it all looked OK to me. Ill buy a grease gun and grease all the nipples this weekend. Ill probably take it to johan tires viljoen to check out. Does anyone have his contact details?
I have to agree with Petrol above that it does sound like the coils are not seating properly and this was also my initial thought. See attached some pics from the back coils - i could not see any rubber parts where they seat. does this look OK or is something missing?

Re: 4.8 Suspension noise
The rear coils only have a rubber seat on the top and the bottom just sits metal on metal. On your last pic it looks like the rubber pad is in place on top.
You should be able to see it or feel it with your hand, just check it's there left and right coils.
Also check that the ends of the coils are sitting into the slots of the axle top and bottom.
Stock nissan coils come with a hard plastic sleeve that fits/slides over the top section of the coil so it does not make a noise when it compresses and touches the next bottom section of the coil.
I don't see these on your coils but I am not sure if it would make a noise like on your video
Also make sure that you have the rear sway bar extension brackets fitted if it's an OME 2 inch lift.
