Die kort antwoord is NEE!!!
Dit smaak my Nissan het die shocks en suspension boute vasgeweld!
Ek het gedink met my coil compressors is dit sommer 'n gou joppie! Toe misjudge ek die boute seriously - sal 'n pneumatic tool moet kry om die bleddie goed los te kry!
Het nou al spookpis gespuit om te kyk of dit sal intrek en die "bind" los te kry!
Watch this space ... dankie so ver in elk geval - daai agterste coils lyk nogal lank so in hulle natuurlike extended state!

Patience, Patience people ...
Thanks to Gerhard and Alan, the Patrol now looks and feels the part!
The suspension raised the bodywork by 50mm in front and 40mm in the rear. I suspect the std suspension was a bit sat!
The booties are now 285/75/16 MTR's.
I am now very happy with the gearing and the quality of the ride. It is more compliant than the standard suspension and handles the potholey tar roads a lot better!
Will see next weekend what it does off-road!!!
The tyres make a helluva noise, but they were not bought for tar road travelling, so they are excused.
But whoever had them on his car before did not bother with wheel alignment or tyre pressure ... I have a composition of sounds and vibrations at speeds above 60 km/h and when stopping, that last couple of meters feels like a body massage.
