Have anyone had to replace the plastic bushes between the window winding mechanism and the motor?

If so where did you find it and does someone make them aftermarket?

No idea. If you cannot find aftermarket, measure one up and I will print some for you out of PETG. No idea about longevity with a printed part, but should be very cheap and quick to design and print. So could print a whole batch.
