GQ Body Mount Bolts

So, I have this very irritating clucking noise coming from under the driver and passenger feet on my GQ. I search around on Patrol forums and eventually found that it is the bodymounts.

So, on Saturday, I thought I'd loosen the nust and see what's up, BUT.....the bolts turn with the nuts :surprised:

How do I get to the head of the bolts, I cannot see any way to get to it from below. Can you get to it from inside the car by lifting the carpets?

I don't want to rip out the interior and find that I've gone down the wrong path.

Zantus, take off the strips under the front doors (some phillips screws), then lift the carpet slightly, and you will see a rubber grommet. Lift that out, and the bolt head will be visible.

Zantus,
If you lift the carpet and find that it is a square piece of plastic and not a grommet, then you are in for a four-handed mission to remove the captive nut-holder-plastic-@#$^&-thing
Cannot remember if the front inside-cab ones had those plastic thingys
I destroyed 2 before I got it right to remove them- 0 eight 2 3 seven 2 9 2 eight 6
