Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Hello guys

i have 3 2017 patrol wiht 3l turbo engine which i got re-biult into 10 seater safari vehicles. they have been running fine for about a year and now seems to start running hot or maybe its been like this from the start but guides never informed us.

Im looking for a heavy duty radiator to fit these vehicles, any advise will be greatly appreciated and also my mechanic has removed the thermostat and cut out the inside and then welded in a washer to reduce the hole, but now it seems its running to cold, at round 60-70 normal and 80-90 under load.

any advise will be appreciated.

Stick to the normal patrol radiator and rather fit a madman to keep it in one piece
Are the thermostat a double acting one or not?

the thermostat is the original from the manufacturer, so im not sure, any way to see that?

where would i buy a madman?

Micheal can put it together for you what do you want to measure egt water level and water temp?
