Tappet cover cup washers

I am busy repairing a Patrol 4.2 pickup. Some of the cup washers that hold the tappet cover in place was missing and Nissan could not supply.
After a bit of head scratching and some time on the lathe I came up with the following plan that worked 100%.
I formed the cup washers from the thin metal part of conventional bonded washers pressed with a top and bottom die.
A standard 20 mm water tap washer fits perfectly. I had some stainless steel washers that fit on the top of the rubber tap washer.
I found it easier to form the cup washers in two stages.
As I am not good with words I will let the photos do the talking.
