Switched to Shell helix HX7 full Synthetic oil. Paid R350 for a 5l at Atlas oil. Motor feels very smooth.

I'll be doing an oil change next month, but I've decided to stick to the Shell Helix HX5.
These engine seals are 15 years old now and almost 200k on the clock. I've read the molecular structure on synthetics finds leaks and cracks easier than mineral oils - referring to use in older engines here...
