hahaha true, i wondered why i keep getting strange looks in traffic. you how many people come and ask if mine is an import or a new release? its crazy! haha

Here is one awesome Aussie Patrol Pick-up:

It runs on Marks4WD portal axles (see HERE), has crawler reduction gears in the transfer box and is fully diff locked...

The Portals alone create a 4" lift under the diff bowl...

This is beautifullllllllllllllllllllllllll. Nothing with WALK with it. When travelling Aus, you see more of these bakkies on the road than any other bakkie.

Compare that to the standard Patrol bakkie.....unbelievable!

Hey Gerrit, i've seen this one before on the Aussie forum a while back, read the whole thread, was a great build up, just huge cost for the portal axles! its great for lifting the gap under the diff pumpkin, but you still end up with stock flex, so i guess work still needs doing on that side. How i'd live to see my pick up on portals though! Safer than lifting and huge clearance, mmmmmm.!!! Thanks for posting the pics Gerrit, appreciate your effort! :clap:
