Made a BIG mistake
During a moment of temporary insanity brought on by a partially nagging swambo 18 months ago, I decided to part with my '98 140K kms kitted troll and buy a slightly smaller auto for towing mini swambo's horse boxes around that swambo could drive - she never got the hang of towing with a manual and i kinda suffered with the troll even though I knew it could handle the abuse... I know I know, you gonna ask why not buy a 4.8 then.... As I said I plead temporary insanity.
Looking at going into a Biz venture that required some decent SFA 4x4's and I again looked around but time and circumstances unfortunately dictated 2 x 80/105 series cruisers were bought instead.
With a heavy heart, I just couldn't bring myself to either delete my avatar or resign from the club and spent the time looking at Patrols with cow eyes every time I saw one.... and I thought well that's it, never again will I have the pleasure of owning such a beast. Till, much to my surprise, Swambo after the last trip to Namibia casually mentioned that yes the VX120 Prado I bought was indeed a really good compromise 4x4 vehicle But... it wasn't a Patrol
So I looked around, communicated to a few members here and finally found my 2nd Patrol - BTW Swambo has NO idea I've bought this and it WILL be a surprise for sure... Wish me luck when I tell her the deal is done and dusted and paid for.
'98 GRX 4500 well kitted, 1 owner FSH 193,000kms.... Happiness Is
So here is a few pix of the Troll, I will collect it when back in SA towards end of next month - then hopefully I can take a nice pix and replace my Avatar!

Thanx Guy's can't wait to get back to SA and pick my baby up....
This Troll has just got to be worth any amount of Swambo's wrath but once she gets over the shock she will love it... if not more than the last one
