Ek wonder net hoe goed hulle gaan werk teen styl hellings...
Mag ons ons kenniskry met lekkerkry aanhoukry.

DanieGerber wrote: 30 Apr 2016 15:27 I bought a 1995 SGL Y60 in George for R110K in March 2015. Since then I have replaced Nikki Carb with a 38 Webber en Simota air filter. I have also replaced the points and condenser with electronic ignition. I bought it with a Viper Exhaust Branch and 50mm free flow. I have removed the choke butterflies and added a cyclone intake mod ontop of the Webber. Underneath the Webber I machined the manifold to hold two more cyclones underneath each carburettor port. This swings the air and gives great performance with the same amount of fuel. It advances the gassing process of the fuel and air.
I gained between 15 to 20 % more power for the same fuel consumption. Intown I get 5 to 6 km per litre and the best i got on the open road was 7.6km/L. I also have 32 BF's on which takes a lot of power to turn properly.
Impressive fuel consumption :salute:
