Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Found this website by accident, they sell everything fan related on vehicles and seems like they have a wide range pf viscous couplings and fan blades

Yip, they have been mentioned on here a few times for many years. That's where I got my previous viscous a few years back and also my current one. Elaine is the owner and very helpful.

On the 4.5 the Nissan fan blade does not fit their coupling. You can however use one of their fan blades but I did not like the quality of the fan blade so gave it a miss.

Mabe i had bad luck but ordered 2 sets and was gone within 24 months tarrain taimer is the same as nissan and very cheap like under 2k for fan and viscus

Is there a GUD air filter for the TB45?

Unfortunately not. Only Nissan part. I can get them from Australia, but not cheaper than what you can get them from Nissan. Was R720 for the last one I got.

Die duurder een is ook papier, maar die papier is geolie (net soos met die K&N filters, maar hulle een is nie van papier nie, en kan gewas word). Hy werk baie beter as die goedkoper een op grond paaie of as jy in die veld ry.

Ek het dit in Tsumeb uitgevind toe ek Jan 2017 deur Nam getoer het. Die Nissan agente in Tsumeb het altwee in voorraad gehad. Terwyl ek by Solitaire gestop en gewag het om vol te maak, het ek sommer gou die filter gecheck. Hy was baie vuil en vol stof en olierig. Ek het gedink die olie was agv die breather uit die enjin uit, dis hoekem toe ek in Tsumeb die Nissan Agente se plek gesien het, dat ek daar navraag gedoen het en 'n nuwe een gekoop het.

Toe ek by die huis kom, het die Nissan Fundi by wie ek my dienste doen dit bevestig en voorgestel ek moet eerder altyd die duurder geoliede filter gebruik, en omdat hy geolie is en dus gouer vol stof raak, en omdat jy nie hom effektief kan skoon spuit met lug nie, moet hy meer gereeld vervang word, veral as jy meer in stof ry. Hy stel 10,000km of selfs meer gereeld voor.

K&N Filters moet eerder nie gebruik word as jy op grond en in die stof ry nie. Hulle is baie effektief vir resies karre, hulle laat definitief meer lug deur (maar is die lug skoner?)

NEW UPDATE - Got correct codes from NGK on the various plugs. Note, they say any plugs with a '5' in the code will run too hot for the 4.8 engines, so look below at correct codes when getting plugs. The LFR6AIX-11 is recommended by NGK.
