Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

I think we've got all the issues sorted out on the new forum. There are still intermittent issues with Avatars displaying, but this is affecting a single user with massive bandwidth issues, and the behaviour is the same across both the test forum, and this forum. So the only assumption I can make is that it is a localised issue.

I've made notes on all issues / changes I need to make during the upgrade process, so everything should run through very, very smoothly.

That notwithstanding: I am pushing the update date back by a further two days. The reason for this is simple: I'm probably not going to be in cell-phone coverage tomorrow, and I don't want to do an upgrade and then be out of telephone / Internet range for a day when there may potentially be issues that need resolving. In short: the update will go ahead on Saturday afternoon from 16h00 and should be all done by 18h00.

If there are any issues post-update, please call me or text me on zero-eight-2-double-three-789-one-zero.

Christo, I was/am having the same problem, and it seems like even here my avitar has gone missing. It also shows everyone elses avitar as the same pic. even yours shows on my side as a photo of the shadow profile of a patrol on a light brown sand. I have chatted with Ian about this, and I think he is busy trying to sort it out.

I'm still investigating this, as well as one other issue Tinus raised. As a result, I'm postponing the upgrade by another two days so that I can be sure everything is 100% before we go live.
