Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

I would not be without my Patrol !!! - I got a very nice 4.8 a few weeks back and it is in for 'mods'.

Today looks like I sold the 4.5 to a young fellow who currently has a disco with a V8 conversion - sounds like he has many problems with that car, always in the garage for something or other - well he's in for a big and happy surprise as the green monster does not know what the inside of a garage lo...

Does anyone know something about the NATS system?
The indicator light on dash (small red that flashes when car is locked), is on steady when driving. This obviously indicates some fault in the NATS system. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, what was the problem and how was it corrected.

In my view it really depends on the situation. In very soft sand, with Auto selected (and probably not optimal pressures), I have sometimes experienced a little difficulty in getting going. This is because, initially only the back wheels are driving the vehicle as the front hubs will only lock after...
