Re: Y62 with 35” Tyres
Hi Mark. Much better using these custom spacers with their own studs. Just make sure the original studs and bolts are not protruding past the wheel spacer mating surface (it looks like they are in the pic - might be an optical illusion). As you need the wheel mating surface to site hard up...

Re: New Winscreen Issues
Been down this road before a few times and what i leant is: - the little windscreen clips are not essential post fitment, they simply there to space the windscreen during fitment, so any good fitter just uses a spacer block or similar to do the job. - the 2 nissan windscreen mouldings cost around R2...

Hi Mark, please clarify why you'll need longer studs ? Are you making up a wheel spacer that essentially has 6 holes in it, and the wheel is still held on by origninal/longer studs ?... if this is the case , i would not recommend this solution. a few solutions are at your disposal really: - Steering...

Re: So I got the Holy Grail!
Very nice, and in my opinion, the best colour Patrol's ever came out in from factory.
I almost put in an offer on a 4,8GL same colour, that was for sale in Bloem, about 2 years ago, beautiful configuration, love it.

Re: Upgrade to 3" lift on series 4 GU 4.8 Station Wagon. What do I need?
Hugh, good call. And to put you in the current picture, the trend now worldwide is to go with the biggest tyre you can fit with the smallest lift possible . This makes for MUCH better handling on and offroad, specially on high speed highways cornering, or on big angles/offcamber sections off road. T...

Pete, being an engineer, in the presence of a recovery, would most likely have er'd on the side of caution, and offered his snatch block to be used.
