Thanks I will do so. It looks like the solenoid has metal tabs which hold it all closed. I wanted to avoid opening those unless absolutely necessary. If I am still struggling I will definitely come by!

Thanks for the input. I spoke to Tinus and 35's with the ratios should be okay. Definitely not a bad idea to test with an old pair first though.

Hi All, I am looking for a Patrol 3.0 Di GL. Preferably a newer model (I already have an old vehicle). I do have few concerns. I have heard that parts are a bit of a problem, anything outside of service and maintenance parts. I am also not sure on the availability of aftermarket items like diff lock...
