Please can one of the diesel guru's offer some advice on my patrol. When I turn the steering wheel when idling the revs drop as load is applied by the hydraulic steering pump- this is a pita when offloading. I would imagine there is some or other compensator on the injection pump but I have no idea ...

I have 4.8 coils on my swb safari. Gives a lift of around 40mm.
