I got mine from Terrain Tamer - easier to fit than OEM.

Re: Wheel Bearings Y61
Thanks all,
I stripped, cleaned and regreased, one of the seals has slight damage, but the bearings look good.
Will import a set, TT price is silly ...

Wheel Bearings Y61
Hi All,
My front wheel bearings have needed tightening quite frequently lately, and are now getting noisy - time for replacement.
Any advice on where to source new ones? Are there specific brands / numbers I can go buy?
Or do I bite the bullit and get from Stealers?
Thanks!

Re: ABS and Diff Lock Warning lights on...
Quick update, I cleaned out the vacuum actuator with Q20 and a pipe cleaner, quite a lot of rust residue came out. I then installed the new part. Was a bit irritated that it was missing the new o-ring, but I had some spares of the right size in by brewing kit. All seems to be working correctly, and ...

Re: ABS and Diff Lock Warning lights on...
Some initial feedback... I installed the Nissan 1400 brake sensor, soldered the existing wiring harness onto it. The warning lights immediately started flashing again. I then removed the switch and tested it, seems like the sensor switch doesn't open and close correctly, cheap R110 part, so no big d...

Re: ABS and Diff Lock Warning lights on...
The part is available in SA from Nissan, R840. Genuine Nissan part is US$21 on Partsouk, but US$20 for shipping so no saving vs Nissan. The Nissan 1400 bakkie switch looks the same but missing the wiring harness and plugs, will have to join the wires to the existing wiring harness. Costs about R140....

Re: ABS and Diff Lock Warning lights on...
Managed to get the switch off without breaking anything...
Switch is full of Rust. Have tried cleaning it , but I think it is FUBAR. Found the part on Partsouk - Part No 32005-06J2A
Will try the locak stealers but I suspect I'll have to import it...

Re: ABS and Diff Lock Warning lights on...
Thanks Peter, There is definitely correct vacuum at the actuator with the switch on vs off in Low range. Nothing actually happens at the actuator though, so I assume the mechanism is stuffed. I don't think it is possible to remove the Sender / Switch from the actuator. It has a place to apply a span...

Re: ABS and Diff Lock Warning lights on...
Thanks for all the help and suggestions. I had jacked up a wheel, taken it out of gear, and the wheel wouldn't turn. After much head scratching, I figured out I forgot to take the handbrake off :-) Idiot!!! Seems the diff lock mechanism is still stuffed, but I can live without it being able to engag...

Re: ABS and Diff Lock Warning lights on...
Yes, have tried applying vacuum at the actuator on the rear diff and even tried pressure on the lock side. Nothing seems to move in the actuator, which seems to indicate that it is stuck or bent inside the diff... Took it to a patch of gravel nearby and tried steering left and right etc but seems st...
