Just thought I'd post a status update to keep you all posted... I've removed the block and uncovered a collapsed bearing in piston 1 (the horrible knocking sound I'm sure)... I've taken the block to a local engineering firm and they suggested a re-sleeve rather than a re-bore as the pistons are all ...

Dave talk to the guys at Universal coolers ( http://www.hot4cold.co.za ) they can most likely build you a ally radiator with ally tanks welded to it - youll never replace that again or talk to Tour De Frans here on the forum- he builds motors and radiators and stuff Thanks Grootseun, tried these gu...
